The GLD-860 operator is specially designed for curved sliding doors. Available for bi-parting doors only, the GLD-860 can be adapted to a wide range of existing doors and customer requirements. The operator is supplied for both internal and external doors, and is equally easy to install as a new or replacement installation.

The impressive and functional entrance

A curved sliding door gives a wider opening than a flat sliding door and at the same time provides an impressive and enticing entrance.

Safety

Automatic safety auto reverse when an obstacle is encountered in closing direction. The safety can be further improved by using Presence detection photocells .People or objects in the doorway are detected and the door is then prevented from closing until it is safe to do so.

Emergency

The GLD-860 can either be combined with a mechanical emergency unit that automatically opens the doors–or an electronic emergency unit that automatically opens or closes the doors–in the event of a power failure.

Self-monitoring

The microprocessor has an integral self-monitoring device which detects any interference or faulty signals in door operation and takes necessary measures to ensure a safe operation.
