Air Shower Room
The air shower room is the necessary access to the clean room, which can reduce the pollution caused by entering and leaving the clean room.
The air shower room is a universal purify equipment which is installed between the clean room and the non clean room. When people and goods want to enter the clean area, they need to be blown by the air shower. The clean air blown out by the air shower can remove the dust carried by people and goods and effectively block or reduce the dust source into the clean area. The front and rear doors of the air shower/cargo shower are electronically interlocked, which also acts as air brakes to prevent unpolluted air from entering the clean area.
Product Features
 Automation control, single person and single air shower system, and PLC intelligent control. LED panel can correctly display the running state of air shower, the interlocking state of both doors, air shower cycle progress and delayed opening state. It is equipped with photoelectric sensor and one-way passage air shower room. People enter the air shower room from the non-clean area. After closing the door, the infrared ray sensor will find the person and then he will be blown. After blown, the entrance door will be locked and people can only go out from the exit door.
Single-person single-blow shower motherboard, soft-key touch-type time relay, LED display and set shower time, adjustable in the range of 10-99s, according to the differences in the external environment of the shower room to adjust the shower time;
Modular structure, single person single blow dryer box adopts modular design.
High performance, high sealing, using imported electronic components, stable and reliable operation, advanced noise reduction and silencing device system and the use of EVA sealing material, high sealing performance.
