The bio-safety airtight valve (also called αβ or split valve) Valveis applicable in areas with very high airtightness requirements such as in bio-safety laboratories or medical cleanrooms. It is also useable in conjunction with bio-safety bag-in/bag-out systems. Split Valve is one kind of high precision and engineering valve used for airtight transport sterile powder or powder harmful to human health, to reduce cross pollutant and protect worker. αβ valve assembling with SIP sterilizing structure, do the sterilizing for valve, connected equipment, vessel, IBC cabinet and tank. The valve mainly used for: load/unload powder for Isolator, load/unload for reactor, proportioning, grinding, sampling, IBC transport in airtight condition.
