In fiscal 2018, 198 options were granted to employees and independent directors. No options were granted in fiscal 2017. The weighted-average assumptions used to compute the fair value of options granted for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2018 were as follows:

Bawi, 4121 S National Ave. 12/21/2018 – Inspection; Result: Permit Active. Priority Violations Found: 1. Observed: Raw animal foods stored over vegetables in walk-in cooler. Required: Must store raw animal food below ready-to-eat foods and vegetables. Corrected at time of inspection by moving vegetables to another area of cooler. Nonpriority Violations Found: 3. Observed: Food contact surface of ladles pitted. Required: Must be maintained in good repair. Corrected at time of inspection by discarding ladles. Observed: Mop stored in used mop water. Required: Must be stored so that the mop head can air dry between uses. Corrected at time of inspection by hanging up mop. Observed: No paper towels in towel dispenser at any hand sink in kitchen. Required: Must provide individuals paper towels. Corrected at time of inspection by filling dispenser with paper towels.

Section 5.03. Ownership of Confidential Information. Employee acknowledges and agrees that all Confidential Information is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company, whether or not prepared in whole or in part by Employee and whether or not disclosed to or entrusted to the custody of Employee. Upon the termination or resignation of her employment with the Company, or at any other time at the request of the Company, Employee shall immediately deliver to the Company, or, if Company so directs, permanently destroy, all documents, tapes, disks or other storage media and any other materials, and all copies thereof in whatever form, in the possession of Employee pertaining to the Business, including, without limitation, any containing Confidential Information. Plastic caps can help to avoid some of those risks by completely eliminating the need for stoppering, aluminium capping and crimping. They can do this because they are manufactured with a preassembled stopper in place. And, because some versions are available in a nested format, the entire nest of vials with up to 100 pieces can be closed simultaneously, saving valuable time and making the supply chain safer and more efficient.

This wasn’t the case with the left door. Items stayed much colder on that side – in fact, even colder than the temperature setting. While the fridge was set to 36 degrees, the temperature dropped as low as 32 degrees on the middle shelf after several hours of the fridge remaining closed. Our guess is that items on the left door of the fridge remained colder than the right because of their proximity to the ice machine, which is located on the left door. Also, we found ourselves utilizing the door-in-door feature on the right side quite often, which meant that warm air was surging into the right side of the unit more often while the left door remained closed.

Ironically, considering the extra size and heft of the Focus over its smaller Fiesta sibling, the Focus really doesn’t have much more usable space. It has a bit more rear seat room, though still not enough to comfortably fit a person behind my 6’3” frame (meaning it’s a three-seater); it has a bit more cargo room, but still held roughly the same amount of camera gear and/or luggage as the Fiesta, and although the front seats are spaced farther apart, the seats themselves are just as tight as the Fiesta’s, and possibly because of the leather and suede vs. the Fiesta’s cloth, broke in slower, broke in less, or, in the case of my passenger seat, didn’t break in at all. The foot well is wider than the Fiesta, which was welcome, but actual legroom was as close as made no difference, and the RS’s dead pedal wasn’t far enough back to straighten my left leg all the way out, exacerbating an old knee injury.

24.       Mechanic’s Liens. Tenant shall not permit, any mechanic’s or materialman’s or supplier’s liens (collectively, “Mechanic’s Liens”) to arise or to be filed against the Demised Premises, or any portion thereof of interest therein, by reason of any work, labor, services or materials supplies or claimed to have been supplied to tenant, or in behalf of Tenant, or to anyone holding the Demised Premises by, through or under Tenant, during the Term. If any such Mechanic’s Liens shall at any time be filed against the Demised Premises, Tenant shall cause same to be removed or discharged or otherwise bonded over to the satisfaction of Landlord, within twenty (20) days after notice thereof from Landlord; failing which Tenant shall thereupon be in default under this Lease. The terms and provisions of this Section shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.
